--> Challenge Australia: Could God love someone like me?

Aus December 2013

..............

Yes, He LOVES you and has a plan for your life
We read in God’s word: “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16)

OUR
PROBLEM:
SEPARATION from God
“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23)

GOD’S
REMEDY /
SOLUTION:
JESUS died on the cross
“God demonstrates His own love for us in this; while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8)

OUR
RESPONSE:
TRUST Jesus by receiving Him
“To all whd received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God” (John 1:12)

Here is an example of how you can pray.
“Lord Jesus, I need You now. Please forgive me for my sins.
I open the door of my life and receive You as my Saviour and Lord.
Thankyou that You loved me so much that You died on the cross for me. Take control of my life. Make me the person You created me to be. Amen”
The Lord Jesus says: “He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, out of His heart will flow rivers of living water” (John 7:38)
